We become the employer of record for W-2 contractors so you don’t have to put them on your internal payroll. You can then concentrate on developing your client relationships and devote your efforts to making profit-generating placements.
Most important, the client always remains yours while we pay the contractor and submit invoices on your behalf to the client. We make sure the contractor is paid according to terms, and you’ll receive your profit when the client pays the invoice.
